MICROWAVE TURKEY CHILI 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (15 oz.) can chili style kidney beans, undrained
1 to 3 tsp. chili powder
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 c. chopped fresh tomato (2 med.) or 16 oz. can whole tomatoes, undrained
1 c. sliced zucchini
1/2 tsp. salt

Crumble ground turkey into 2 quart microwave safe casserole. Add onion and green pepper.

Microwave on High uncovered 5 to 6 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring once. Stir in tomatoes, beans, zucchini, chili powder and salt. Cover with casserole lid. Microwave High 12 to 14 minutes or until heated through and flavors are blended, stirring once. About 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
