RHUBARB PUDDING DESSERT 
4 c. cut-up rhubarb
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Put rhubarb in 11 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar. Mix other ingredients together; spread this over rhubarb.

Sprinkle 1 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cornstarch over top, then pour 1 cup boiling water over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
