2 lb. stew beef
Flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. instant onion soup
Salt & pepper to taste

In skillet, brown the stew beef coated in flour. Add to crock pot. Mix onion soup with 1 cup of boiling water. Add mushroom soup. Put all ingredients in crock pot. Can cook on low heat all day or overnight.
