FARFEL KUGEL 
2 onions
2 stalks celery
About 5 mushrooms
2 carrots, grated
8 eggs
3 c. Matza Farfel
Salt, a little
Pepper, a little more than the salt

In frying pan saute vegetables until golden brown (onions and celery, mushrooms until they are soft). Put in grated carrot. When vegetables are all cooked, take out of pan. Beat the eggs and put 3 cups Matza Farfel in large bowl, wet with water until it is all soft. Drain in colander. Mix eggs, Farfel and vegetables together. Add salt and pepper for taste. Bake in greased pan at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
