1 c. light raisins 1/2 c. Rimy Martin V.S.O.P. Cognac 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 c. creamed cottage cheese 1 1/2 c. milk 5 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 c. butter, softened 8 oz. dry fine noodles, cooked 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Soak raisins in cognac 30 minutes. Beat cheese until light and fluffy. Blend in milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and nutmeg. Stir butter into cooked noodles. Blend noodles and raisins mixture into cheese mixture. Pour into buttered shallow 3 quart baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 60-65 minutes or until set. |
