PEACH AND BERRY COBBLER 
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 c. blueberries
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Bring cornstarch, brown sugar and water to a boil and add blueberries, sugar, butter and lemon juice. Pour into pan. Prepare cobbler crust:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. soft butter

Sift dry ingredients and add milk and butter. Spread over the fruit mixture. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
