SPICY ITALIAN BEEF 
3-4 lb. rump roast
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 c. beef broth
1 pkg. Good Season's Italian Dressing

Mix seasonings and rub on meat. Combine beef with remaining ingredients and cook in crock pot for 8-24 hours. Refrigerate overnight and then remove any solidified fat. Shred meat with fork or slice very thin with electric knife. Serve on hoagie buns with pepperoncini peppers on the side. Serves 8.
