2 1/2 - 3 lbs. beef stew meat
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, MSG, garlic powder. Cut up potatoes and cut up carrots.
Mix together in jar: 1/4 tsp. basil 1 pinch thyme, rosemary, oregano 1 c. beef stock 1 c. red wine 1/4 tsp. celery seed 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. tomato paste 1 tsp. salt 1 bay leaf 2 tbsp. parsley
Brown seasoned meat in shortening. When done, remove meat from pan. Add 2 tablespoons flour to drippings and make like a gravy. In a pressure cooker add 1/2 of the jar mixture then meat, potatoes and carrots, add rest of jar mixture. Cook for 45 minutes at 10 to 15 pounds of pressure or simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
