POTATO CHIP (PRINGLES) COOKIES | |
3/4 c. butter 3/4 c. sugar (scant) 1 egg yolk 3/4 c. crushed pringles 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 1/2 c. flour (scant) 1 tsp. vanilla Mix above. Add chips last. Make small balls, press flat with glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. |
