POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour, sifted
1 heaping c. crushed Lay's potato chips
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Cream well the butter and butter. Add sugar to butter mixture and beat until fluffy. Add vanilla, flour, potato chips and pecans, mixing well after each addition. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 15 minutes (watch!). Dust with powdered sugar after cool.
