POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
2 sticks butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crushed potato chips
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and vanilla. Stir in potato chips and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes. Cool on rack.
