POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Beat butter, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add rest of ingredients, mixing well. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten each cookie into round disc by pressing with a small glass bottom dipped into sugar. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees. (Delicious and taste like Pecan Sandies.)

I was wondering what to do with the broken potato chips. I looked in the computer and there were the recipes. I tryed this one and was I happy with the taste and texture. Wonderful, I'll be making them again real soon.

The cookies bring back the old time memories of my gramma and I, we used to make these, but didn't have the receipt, but now we do, thank you :-)
