ORIENTAL CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. raw rice or Minute
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 med. onion
4 tbsp. soy sauce

Cook beef and onion in skillet until red disappears and mix all together in 1 1/2 quart casserole with lid and bake for 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
