GRAPENUT CUSTARD 
2 c. milk
1/3 c. Grape Nuts
3 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Scald milk with Grapenuts added, set aside. Beat 3 eggs in bowl you intend to bake pudding in. Add sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat with whip. Add milk and Grapenut mixture. Beat with whip. Place in pan of water in middle of oven. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
