GRAPENUT CUSTARD 
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 qt. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg to taste
6 heaping tbsp. Grape-Nuts

Beat eggs lightly, add sugar and salt. Blend. Stir in milk. Add vanilla and nutmeg. Pour into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with Grape-Nuts. Set baking dish in pan of hot water. Bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees or until custard is set. Remove from oven and cool. Serves 6.
