LONDON BROIL 
3-4 lb. London Broil (any size is fine)
Garlic power
1 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Dust the London Broil with the garlic powder. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Place the meat in a large zip lock bag or a marinading bowl, pour the soy sauce mixture over the meat. Place the covered bowl in refrigerator and turn over several times during a 24 hour period. Grill the London Broil with a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part. Slice in thin strips.
