MOTHER'S FUDGE 
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. Karo
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together cocoa and sugar. Add milk, Karo, and vinegar. Cook until candy reaches soft ball stage (234°F on candy thermometer). Add butter and vanilla. After cooling, beat with spoon until fudge loses it's gloss. Drop by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper.
