SHRIMP SALAD 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. canned or cooked shrimp
2 1/2 c. canned green peas
3 sliced hard cooked eggs
2/3 thinly sliced celery
Salad greens

This mayonnaise with lemon juice and 2 tablespoons liquid from shrimp. Add drained peas, eggs and celery. Mix gently. Place on salad green and garnish with sliced stuffed olives and lemon wedges if desired. Serves 6.
