CHICKEN SALAD (COLD) 
2 to 3 c. cold cooked chicken, diced
1 c. (each) finely sliced celery, halved grapes, pineapple tidbits, drained mandarin oranges
1/2 c. slivered almonds or cashews
2 tsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 c. Kraft Light mayonnaise
1/2 c. Cool Whip

Combine and serve in lettuce cup.
