PINEAPPLE CHICKEN 
4 to 6 pieces of frying chicken pieces
Flour
Vegetable oil
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. honey
1 can (8 3/4 oz.) crushed pineapple (not drained)
8 or 9 whole cloves

Dredge chicken in flour adding salt and pepper as desired. Brown chicken in about 1/4 cup of oil in frying pan, covering and cooking in low heat for about 30 minutes. Drain remaining oil. Mix sugar, honey, cloves and pineapple and pour over chicken, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes or until tender.
