GERMAN APPLE CAKE | |
3 eggs 1 1/3 c. sugar 1 c. oil 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. nuts 4 apples Blend eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. fold in nuts and sliced apples. Put in tube pan and sprinkle with topping (1/4 cup nuts, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon). Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. |
