GERMAN APPLE CAKE 
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. apples, sliced
1 c. walnuts

Beat 3 eggs and 1 cup oil until foamy. Add sugar, vanilla, soda in a small amount of water. Add flour, salt and cinnamon. Mix well. Add apples and nuts. Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees in a 9x13 pan.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar
