MEXICAN CHEF SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
8 oz. Catalina dressing
4-10 drops Tabasco
4 oz. grated cheese, cheddar
1 onion, chopped
4 tomatoes, chopped
1 lg. head lettuce, torn
1 bag tortilla chips (plain or taco, crushed)
1 lg. avocado, peeled & chopped

Brown ground beef; add taco seasoning mix and prepare as for making Taco. Add drained kidney beans. Stir together with remaining ingredients. Serve at once. (Measurements may be varied to taste.)
