MEXICAN CHEF SALAD 
1 head lettuce
4 tomatoes
1 onion
4 oz. cheese
1 c. Thousand Island or French dressing
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
Hot sauce to taste
1 lg. avocado
1 sm. bag tortilla chips

Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl tossing to mix. Brown ground beef in skillet stirring until crumbly. Add kidney beans, mixing well. Toss with lettuce mixture. Add remaining 3 ingredients, tossing well. Makes 6-8 servings.
