JULIE'S MEXICAN CHEF SALAD 
1 onion
4 tomatoes
1 head lettuce

4 oz. grated cheddar cheese
8 oz. Catalina dressing
Meat sauce

MEAT SAUCE:

1 lb. ground beef, browned

15 oz. drained kidney beans
1/4 tsp. salt

Simmer (above) 10 minutes. Mix into salad. Serve with French bread.
