MEXICAN CHEF SALAD 
1 onion
4 tomatoes
1 head of lettuce
4 oz. grated cheddar cheese
8 oz. Thousand Island or French dressing
Hot sauce
1 bag Dorito tortilla chips
1 lg. avocado
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1/4 tsp. salt

Chop onion, tomatoes, and lettuce. Toss with cheese, dressing and hot sauce to taste. Crunch and add chips. Slice and add avocado. Brown the ground beef, then add beans and salt and simmer for 10 minutes; mix into cold salad. Decorate with tortilla chips, avocado and tomato slices. Serve pronto!!
