SAUSAGE-RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. bulk sausage (pork or turkey) 1 lb. ground meat (beef or turkey) 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1/2 c. green pepper 1 can chicken and rice soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. raw rice 1/2 c. sliced almonds (optional) 1 c. shredded cheese Brown meats, drain well. Mix sausage with rest of ingredients. Bake in 9x13 baking dish, covered with foil at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
