SAUTEED SWEET POTATOES 
4 sweet potatoes
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves

Boil the potatoes in their skins until they pierce easily. Cool, peel and slice into 1/4 inch pieces. Melt the butter over medium heat and when it bubbles, add potatoes. Toss until they begin to glaze. Add the honey and spices and toss well.
