4 c. cubed potatoes
4 c. milk
1/4 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. sliced carrots
1/4 c. sliced onions, sauteed in butter
2 bouillon cubes
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Dash cayenne
1/4 tsp. dill, dried

Boil potatoes in water and drain. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour.
