4 c. potatoes, cut in sm. cubes
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. whipping cream
3 tbsp. butter

Combine celery, onion, salt and water and cook for about 10 minutes. Add potatoes and cook until tender. Mash mixture with potato masher. Stir in rest of ingredients and cook for about 10 more minutes.
