EZ CINNAMON BISCUITS
1 can regular-size refrigerator biscuits (not Grands)
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 7x11-inch baking pan with aluminum foil for easy clean-up.

Melt butter and put in a small bowl. Mix cinnamon and sugar in another small bowl. Open can of biscuits and dip each biscuit in melted butter then in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place on foil line pan assuring biscuit sides are touching.

Bake at 350°F for approximately 15 minutes until light brown and slightly firm to the touch. Invert on plate when cooked and serve warm.

Note: I often serve hard boiled eggs and juice or fruit with this because eggs can be boiled while biscuits are cooking and be done in about the length of time as biscuits if I begin cooking eggs once biscuits go in the oven.
