ZUCCHINI AND CORN 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. fresh corn
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
4 c. sliced zucchini
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil

Saute onion and pepper in butter until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients; cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes. Approximately 6 servings.
