6 chicken breasts
1/2 c. chopped onions
Pinch of thyme
Bay leaf
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. sour cream
Pinch of paprika
Rice
Salt, pepper, & garlic powder

Season chicken with onions, thyme, bay leaf, salt, pepper and garlic powder in butter. Lower heat and add broth. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Remove chicken and rapid boil until liquid is 1/2 gone. Lower heat and add sour cream. Serve over rice.
