FISH FILLETS MONTEREY 
1 1/2 lbs. flounder fillets
Salt & pepper to taste
1/3 c. dry white wine
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 cut up bay leaf
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
2 sprigs parsley, chopped

Roll fillets and fasten with toothpick. Place in skillet. Pour liquid over. Simmer, covered 10 minutes. Baste and serve. Serves 2 or 3.
