YAM CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed baked yams
1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk

TO BAKE YAMS: Wash and cut off ends. Pierce yams with fork several times. Place on foil lined cookie sheet. Cook 1-1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees until fork goes to middle easily.

TO PREPARE CASSEROLE: In bowl mix mashed yams with sugar, milk, butter and vanilla. Place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch casserole pan.

TOP WITH MIXTURE OF:

1/3 c. soft butter
1/3 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
