SAUSAGE TOASTS 
1 lb. sausage, we like hot
1 stick Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. party rye bread

Brown sausage in skillet, drain. Melt cheese and mix with sausage. Let cool. Spoon onto rye bread slices. Broil until bubbly, not long. Can make ahead and refrigerate (before broiling).
