SAUSAGE AND CHEESE PASTA 
2 links of Adrian's sausage (Marty's corner-Quinn St.)
1 med. Bermuda onion, chopped (no substitute)
1 stick butter
1 pt. Half and Half cream
10 tbsp. Romano cheese
Pasta bows
Fennel seed (optional)
Hot pepper (optional)

Take sausage out of casing. Crumble sausage and fry in medium frying pan. Add chopped Bermuda onion. Drain off excess fat (there won't be any if you use Adrian's sausage). Add stick of butter, Half and Half and Romano cheese to sausage. Heat and mix well until mixture thickens. Serve over pasta bows.
