BROWN RICE & SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 sm. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
1 c. rice
1 can beef broth (Campbell's soup)
1 can beef consomme (Campbell's soup)
Jessie Jones red hot sausage

Saute onions and peppers in butter. Add beef broth and consomme and rice. Add 3 or 4 sausages, sliced. In a covered casserole bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
