RICE AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. country sausage 1 onion, finely chopped 2 tbsp. shredded cheddar cheese 3 c. cooked rice 1 can condensed cream of tomato soup Brown sausage in skillet and drain fat. Arrange rice and sausage in alternate layers in a greased casserole. Sprinkle each layer with onion. Pour on undiluted tomato soup. Top with shredded cheese. Cover and bake in oven at 350 degrees. Serve 4 to 6. |
