SAUSAGE & WILD RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 pkg. long grain & wild rice mix 1 lb. bulk sausage 1/2 can sliced mushrooms, drained (optional) 1 can cream of mushroom soup Cook rice as directed. (Use a little less water.) Cook sausage - drain off juice - stir with fork so it won't be lumpy. Combine sausage, wild rice, mushrooms, and soup. Put onion rings on top. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Put onion rings on top the last 10 minutes of baking. |
