SAUSAGE AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. smoked sausage
1 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup with real broth
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped bell pepper
3 limbs celery
1 c. raw rice

Fry sausage, drain. Then in same skillet, saute onions, pepper and celery until half done. In the meantime, put rice and soup mix (both envelopes in boiler) with 4 1/2 cups water and cook 7 minutes. Then pour all into casserole and bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
