RICE AND LINK SAUSAGES 
2 tbsp. fat
2 oz. chopped smoked ham
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped green pepper
6 link sausages, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 lb. rice
1 pkg. Goya Sazon with Achiote coloring
2 c. water
2 tsp. salt

Saute ham, add tomato, onion, pepper and sausages. Mix well, add rice and cook for two minutes, add Sazon, salt and water, mix thoroughly and cook over medium high until all water is absorbed, then cover until rice is tender. Serve hot. Note; Spanish sausage, Longaniza, or any other kind may be used. 6 servings.
