CHEDDAR CHICKEN 
3 whole chicken breasts, split, boneless & skinless
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. white wine
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Place chicken in a baking dish and pop into 350 degree oven for 10 minutes while preparing sauce. Combine remaining ingredients, reserving 1/4 cup of Cheddar cheese. Remove chicken from oven and pour off grease. Pour sauce over chicken and bake for an additional 45 minutes. Sprinkle reserved Cheddar cheese on top during last 5 minutes of baking. (Even the kids love this one!)
