CHICKEN CHEDDAR MELTS 
1/2 to 1 lb. cooked cut-up chicken breast
1 garlic bread loaf
1 cup salsa (your favorite)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Under the broiler on a baking sheet, broil both sides of the garlic bread until brown. Turn off broiler and switch oven to bake at 375°F.

Place cooked chicken pieces on top of garlic bread. Cover with salsa and top with shredded cheese.

Bake at 375°F until cheese is bubbly.
