SAUSAGE & WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can chopped mushrooms
3 c. croutons
1/2 c. milk

Cook wild rice as directed on package. While that is cooking, cook celery, onions and sausage together and drain off excess grease. Mix together the sausage mixture, cooked wild rice and remaining ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or in crock pot on low for 5 to 6 hours.
