SAUSAGE-WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
5 stalks celery, chopped
1 c. chopped onion
1 lb. sausage
1 tsp. sage
1 pkg. wild rice mix, cooked
3 tbsp. butter
Salt to taste

Saute onion and celery in butter. Add sausage and brown. Drain well in colander. Return to skillet and add sage. Mix with the cooked rice. Add salt to taste. Place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and heat through in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes until hot.
