STUFFED-UP OMELET | |
20 thin slices linguica (precooked) 4 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper 1/4 cup bacon bits (about 4 tbsp.) 1 tbsp. butter 1/8 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 cup shredded cheese Coat skillet in butter. Put precooked linguica in pan. Put beaten eggs into a bowl. Add tomato, onion, green pepper, bacon bits. Season with salt and pepper and mix. Pour eggs into pan over linguica, and cook each side to your liking in a pan coated in the butter. Fold omelet and sprinkle top with cheese, and flip over in pan for ten seconds or until melted. Serve with bacon, sausages, hash browns and orange juice for a healthy breakfast to start your day right! Submitted by: The Cook |
