ORIENTAL CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery chopped
1 sm. can chop suey vegetables
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 c. instant rice
Water from vegetables
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt & pepper

Cook hamburger, onion and celery together with salt and pepper in skillet until done. Drain off juice. In casserole bowl sprayed with Pam or other, place all ingredients and add hamburger mix. Could add more water as rice will expand. Bake in covered dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour ot 25 minutes on high in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
