ORIENTAL CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 c. celery, diced
1 c. raw rice (regular)
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. water
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 can bean sprouts
1/4 c. cashew nuts

Heat butter and brown beef in deep kettle. Add all other ingredients (except nuts). Blend well and pour into 2 quart casserole. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees, stirring occasionally. About 1/2 hour before serving, add cashew nuts.
