BIRD'S FRUITCAKE 
1/2 lb. crystalized cherries and pineapple
2 lb. dates
2 cans coconut
2 lb. pecans
1/2 c. flour
2 cans sweetened condensed milk

Chop fruits and nuts into bite sized pieces; mix together with flour. Add milk; mix. Pack into long loaf pans. Bake 1 hour and 30 minutes at 250 degrees. Yields 15 servings.
